1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cvkkk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your use of the cvkkk online gaming and betting platform accessible at cvkkk.net.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cvkkk platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

cvkkk reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point during a player's registration or account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

If cvkkk has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage use will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited permanently if underage access is confirmed.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single registered account on the cvkkk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your cvkkk account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

Your cvkkk account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals initiated.

cvkkk may at its sole discretion decline to open an account, or suspend or close an existing account, without being required to provide a reason. Where possible and appropriate, we will notify you of any such action via the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, return of the deposited funds to the source account, and potential forfeiture of any winnings generated from those funds.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. cvkkk reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.

All funds on the cvkkk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. cvkkk is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for crypto transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cvkkk offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with local events such as Eid, BPL season, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be satisfied before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active welcome bonus is permitted per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through any means will result in bonus cancellation.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, blackjack, or any game with a skill or decision-making component.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Abuse of Staff: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language or behaviour at any cvkkk support agent or other player on the platform.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through known exploits will be voided.

7 Intellectual Property

9 Account Suspension & Closure

cvkkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.
